Thank you for the info and the quick reply!

I have a couple of quick questions about the Epic.
Are the cabin walls magnetic?
Are there hooks outside the shower for towels, robes, etc? If so, how many?
Thank you!

That was quick!
Thank you!

Hi,
Does anyone know the name of the dock where Norwegian docks in St. Thomas. I have checked a number of sites and they list the date and location of St. Thomas, but not the specific dock? I know there are 2 different docks in St. Thomas.
Thank you.

AWESONE! So glad to hear that I might be able to get the partition open!
THANKS! 🤞

I will be on the Epic in February. We have the FAS package. Our cabin is on deck 8 and I am looking for the closest bar to be able to get drinks to take down to the cabin. In checking Deck 7, it appears that there is not a regular bar on that deck. Are you able to get a regular drink from the Whiskey Bar if it uses whiskey, such as a Jameson and 7? Will that be covered under the FAS?
Thanks!

Just curious. Are you able to replace a traveller with someone else?

Thanks to everyone who has replied to the balcony question and the question about wine.

Have you seen the Epic balcony stateroom "bathroom" situation? 🤔
Yes, I have. Interesting layout. I. have never been on a bad vacation or a cruise, even when the airline lost my luggage and I spent 2 weeks without it. Things happen. So, I am sure this one will be fine. I probably just need an attitude adjustment. Thanks.
cruiseny4life - thank you for the heads up on the balcony. It is worth a try. 🙂

SO DISAPOINTED! I have been on Holland America, Princess, and Carnival. We have always been able to have the partition opened. My reservations about this NCL cruise continues.

I, too am disappointed. When I first looked at this cruise, quite awhile ago, St. Thomas was on the itinerary. But, when I decided to book it, it had been replaced by St. Croix, which was one of the reasons that I booked it.

There are 4 of us on this ship in February. We have adjoining balcony cabins (not connecting) on Deck 8. Can anyone tell me if our partition can be opened between our balconies?
I think I also read that you can bring wine on board if you have the alcohol beverage package with out paying a corkage fee. Is this correct? Is there a limit on how much you can bring?
Thank you!

Thank you for the advice. I booked air through NCL as it was 2 for 1. (I have not yet made final payment.). In checking on my own, I can get the same price on American. The outbound is non-stop and the return would be 1 stop. The only issue is that on the return, the flight leaves at 11:07
It is the latest for that price.
So, do I keep the NCL flights, not knowing what I will get?

I will be on an NCL cruise in February. The ship returns to Port Canaveral at 7 AM. What is the earliest time that I can book a flight home from Orlando?

I have searched this forum and the results I am getting are from a number of years ago. So, I am posting this to see what the current rules are. On the Celebrity website, it states that 2 bottles of wine can be brought for each adult. It then says that a corkage fee will apply. What would that fee be?
Does this fee apply if I am planning on drinking the wine in my cabin and not in the dining room?
Thank you. I am new to Celebrity.

I have been reading that the seas going to the north can be rough. Does it make more sense to book a starboard cabin than a port?
Thank you for your advice

I ordered my medallion for an August 13 Cruise awhile ago. I received an email from Princess on July 26 saying it has been shipped. According to the tracking number from USPS, it arrived at a "Shipping Partner Facility" and USPS is waiting for it. That was from July 26. Nothing listed since then.
As I leave for the cruise on August 9, I am afraid it won't show up. Do I just try and get a replacement at the pier?

FYI - Public transport not an option.

I need to book a car service from LHR to our London hotel for next week. I have read many posts and have contacted some of the recommended car services:
Blackberry, Parker, Just Airports, Meadway.
BUT, my concern is that I am also reading recent reports that were not very favorable about these companies - cars not showing up, being canceled at the last minute, rude drivers demanding payment in cash, etc. I know there is a shortage of drivers in the UK, just like here in the US. I am just worried that this may happen to me.
SO, has anyone recently used a car service company that was very reliable and you would recommend? I know that it would not be a 100% guarantee that it would work out, but I would feel better if I could hear about multiple good experiences.
Thank you.

I also would like to know about using UBER from LHR to Hoel in London.
I have read poor reviews recently about Just Airports. It seems that there is a problem with enough drivers and with not drivers not being good.

We were notified early on about the Dublin cancellation. it seems that the port is having repairs done and it can only accommodate a certain number of ships. Each cruise line had to reduce the number of ships this season that use the Dublin port. Guess we were the selected one.
