I am Sailing on the Anthem out of Southampton on May 29. Our final payment date was yesterday, but now has been moved to March 30.

Nothing for Anthem 05/29/20 yet!

We spent 3 days in Rome prior to our Med cruise that started in Barcelona. We used Rome In Limo for all of our pre-cruise days and then for our port day in Civitavecchia we went to Orvieto.

I would highly recommend them, as they are knowledgeable about all things Rome, have great stories, hired us a guide for the Vatican, and took us the the many places we wanted to visit while there. We had Vinny as our driver, and loved him!

Me either. I log in with my current credentials, then I get an additional page asking for all of this other info, and then it just hangs.

We'll see what happens tomorrow.

I use a Scentsy travel tin or a scent pak. You can close the travel tin if you don't need it and I bring a baggie for the scent pak.

I have a Panasonic Lumix ZS19, which I love. It has a long zoom, takes video, can shoot manually if you want or totally automatic. It takes great pictures, just not terrific in low light situations, but good enough. I am going to upgrade to their newer ZS70 which has a view finder, a flip up screen for selfies, a 30x zoom and takes 4K video before our trip to Alaska this year. Maybe check that one out. They sell it on line or at Best Buy or amazon or maybe even a camera store.

We are going on the August 31 Solstice sailing and there is no availability for this tour, we'd love to do it. Are all the dates released at once or is there still a chance it hasn't been released for this sailing?

You can email shorex@rccl.com and ask them if they are going to release more space (make sure you let them know your ship and your sailing date), or they always save some for those to book on board, so get to the shore excursion desk as soon as you board, to book it.

Oh yes party on the catamaran! Hope we do meet up. Not sure which boat we will be on our time changed from 6:30 am to 8 am. I think all of our group is 8 am now.

All of ours are showing 8:00 am also, so maybe there will be two boats and we can all get on the same one!

I think we got all of ours. I know we got 6 more and I hope that is all for our group. Really getting excited now!

:mad:This excursion just OPENED TODAY! I had contacted the shore ex dept several times and was assured that someone would let me know the date it would open. HA! No word. Just happened to get lucky today and booked for 3 for August 24th Solstice sailing. How incompetent the folks seem - tho' sooo sincere. And what an awful website. Celebrity should be ashamed!!!

We will be on the Solstice in August and will have my 85 year old mom with us. She’s a youthful 85 with no mobility issues. Is this the excursion that has high speed boat in the description? I’d like to book this but I’m wondering if it would be too much for her. TIA

This is a catamaran type boat that explores the fjord and glacier area. No high speed anything on this tour.

I got it booked for 3, still need 4 spots for the others! I probably could have gotten it booked for all of them if their website would have cooperated! I’ll keep you all posted!

To all on Solstice June 8, 2018, TA fjord glacier shore excursion opened, but it has already sold out. :(

I am going to try to see if they will get another boat, so that is ridiculous that it sold out in one day.

Hi Lisa. I called Celebrity a number of times and they gave me incorrect answers. The seats have been released to the Solstice they just have not put it on their system to book yet. I will book it when it pops up also, heard it's one of the first to sell out.

It seems that all of the other cruise lines have already released their Glacier cruise, but with the mess Celebrity's website is/was, I'll believe it when I see it.

I too, had called Celebrity, but the person I spoke with, relayed the same info I already knew. Hopefully we will all be able to get seats and have a blast together.

We are also booked on the June 8, 2018 Solstice cruise. I was wondering the same thing since I have a group of 7 that want to do the excursion. If I see it pop up, I will post on this board, so we can all book it.

Yes, I'm interested in the Alcoves, as well. In fact, I have already booked one for the Victoria port day. Hoping we would have good weather in August cruising into Victoria!

When were you able to book these online? How far out? I am still almost a year out, but have a group that haven't been on Celebrity or to Alaska and even one new cruiser and I thought it would be a fun thing to get.

I honestly this this has a lot more to do with the browser people are using than anything else. Chrome seems to really have issues while Explorer or Safari seem to be fine.

Except good testing includes all browsers and most recent and even some older versions of software.

I work in QA, and would have gladly tested it for a free cruise or a discount on one.

I can't believe that a company that makes as much money as it does, has such a horrible web page. They probably outsourced it to people that don't even know the product.

I am glad I don't have a cruise until June of 2018, so hopefully it will be fixed by then.

I have seen some pretty bad coding, but this one is right there on the top. ;p
