Sailed this past December on Adventure. We arrived at the terimal around 10:30 and they opened the doors to the terminal just after 11 to start the check in process. Got our seapasses within 10 minutes of entering the terminal and sat in another waiting area for only about 15 minutes after getting them. Overall we were onboard around 11:30. We found out there was a minor glitch in the previous weeks debark for we probably would have been on even earlier if not for that.

If anyone hasn't checked in a while, our Dec. 15th sailing posted to our profiles today.

We just returned from the AOS and visited both those ports. We took a ship excursion in both ports that met on the pier at 8:30 and were off the ship by 8:15 or so. I woke up around 6:30-7am each morning and we always seemed to be docked earlier than the 8am time our itinerary said.

I still have to sail from New York but right now I'd say San Juan. I enjoy spending the day before the cruise in San Juan more than I have in Florida. We stayed at the Sheraton Old San Juan and the Condado Plaza on our two San Juan cruises and both were great. Leaving at night and seeing the island light up while sitting in port is something that I liked as well.
Cruise Tunes: What Song(s) Get You Excited About Cruising?

Beyond the Sea always reminds of cruising. After our first cruise that was the song Carnival was using in their commercial so it always brings back cruising memories. Anthing by Jimmy Buffet or Bob Marley is usually on my playlist. I go on youtube and search caribbean music when I get bored on the days leading up the cruise and add whatever I find that I like to iPod for the flight.
