I called on Friday and got it done through someone on the Crown and Anchor line. My reservation is for next February and was able to get a price adjustment. I then called back to see what a JS would be and was a great deal so I was able to just move my cabin. Was actually easier than I expected. Good luck!

I get the dog waste bags (Marshall’s or TJ Maxx has them cheap) to use for diapers so they don’t smell up the room. A little spray bottle is helpful in case it gets super hot.

When I first took my toddler I did the same. I loaded up on snacks including the individual goldfish bags, some pretzels, etc. and took them in my carryon. I wanted it with me so that I had some options on me in case the luggage was late.

I’ve stayed there before for an anniversary night and loved it! The place is cool/hip and very close to the west side. It had a pretty nice view too! Agree with a previous post- it’s off the beaten path a little bit still a great hotel. Have fun.

Our two year old had gotten sick on our last cruise. At first I thought she may have gotten sea sick from a rough tender. We brought her down to the medics and they gave us some pedialite and she wasn’t allowed to leave the room for 24 hours. At the time my daughter was still sucking on her fingers and no matter how often we sanitized or washed she was still putting her hands on everything. Bring extra wipes and hand sanitizer. I also had some chewie Dramamine handy for her and some Imodium for us (just in case).

We took our 2 year old on Anthem this February and she had a great time. We brought some bags of pretzels and goldfish to help avoid meltdowns and brought crayons and stickers to have on hand at dinner. She's a picky eater but was always able to findsomething at every meal. Chocolate milk was a little harder to find at dinner but was always able to get. Although we didn't do the nursery, we did do the toy exchange and there were plenty of fun things to try. The little baby pool area was perfect since she is still in diapers (and the wave pool for the kids would have been too much for her). Best tip for diapers is to get the doogy-do bags and use those for the in room garbage and lots of sanitizer to avoid getting sick. Have a great time.

My daughter was still in diapers and I had bought doggie do bags for the dirty ones and it was amazing! They held dirty and wet diapers well. Having some snacks for the cabin is also helpful. We bought the snack bags pretzels and gold fish and was great to have before a meltdown.

On anthem, my husband and I both were able to text and make phone calls to (each other only) through the Royal IQ ap. It cost us each $7.95 for the entire week and was well worth it.

Silly question- do the pack n plays on rccl have the mattress and that's why the sheet is a good idea? Thanks

For those who have already traveled on Anthem, what is your recommendation for a good sail away spot?

Random question- does anyone know if there is a curtain they splits up the sleeping area with the sitting area in the balcony rooms on Anthem? Thanks.

I like the dog bags because they help with the oder and might be a little thicker. Either probably work though. For a spray bottle I had gotten little spritz bottles from Amazon that I can fill with water and spray on feet, hands to keep cool without having to get into the pool.
