We just got back from the Triumph and we did the anytime dining. We usually do the late seating but wanted the flexibility this time. The service is much better with the regular assigned time dining. We had a different wait staff every night and our orders were only right on the last night. Most of the wait staff were not as friendly as they have been on our past Carnival cruises. We will still probably do the anytime dining on the next cruise because of the flexibility.

I've tried it twice. The first time I didn't like it at all. It was pretty much all melted chocolate and very little cake. The second time was much better. Maybe it was cooked a little longer? My favorite dessert is definitely the Bitter & Blanc bread pudding!
