Anyone have any comments on the obstucted ocean view cabins 6030 - 6049 regarding noise?

Hi, going on a 6 night cruise on Freedom and need a small amount of internet access. Do RCCL do small packages e.g. 90 minutes or just daily? We are used to complimentary internet as Elite embers on Celebrity but don't think this transfers to Diamond on RCCL. There is a sale on at the moment for $8'99 per day but we don'

t need to use it daily. Thanks.
