Suites get double cruise credits per sailing..

We sailed in a suite over the summer but only received one cruise credit. When I inquired they said double cruise credit for single occupancy, those traveling solo on a suite. 
 

While in Kotor our plan is to explore old town for a couple of hours on our own and then take a taxi to Jaz beach and stay for about 3 hours.
My question is whether I should pre-schedule a taxi or will I be able to arrange this when we get to port? Are there taxis at Jaz beach or should I pre-arrange a return trip as well?

Does anyone know if we can get massages  on the beach or anywhere close to the beach on Stone Island?

Last time we were there just hung out at the beach and had lunch at one of the restaurants.

What does Cabo San Lucas look like when there are 3 ships in port? 
We are on the 3rd ship and have the last arrival. We were planning on taking a taxi to Medrano Beach but now I am worried that all the restaurants will be full. 
Has anyone experienced this?
