My guess is there are not many cabins left and that they temporarily removed from their website to make upsell offers. Once they do that it will show back up.

We went in 2009 and did not rent a car. We took ship tours. We felt we got a good sampling of the islands. It was stress free and the time waiting for bus to load and go wasn't a big deal to us. For us I think it would have been more of a hassle to get rental car, return rental car and get back to port and we were in our late 40's and 50. We loved the trip.
