  1. Has anyone been on the Navigator since its make over? There was some discussion about the "coffee tables" being taken out and to be redesigned. Were they put back in? We have a Promenade Room on Dec 7th sailing and think I would enjoy sitting in the window seat people watching with room service, hence the need for the little table.

This will be our third cruise, first on RCCL. Our first cruise was at Halloween on Carnival. It was so much fun to see all the different door decorations and how creative cruisers can be. Since we are sailing in December this time, I will probably do something Christmasy.

My only tip to add to all the great advice presented here is to relax and enjoy, don't sweat the small stuff--its not worth upsetting your vacation. Does it really matter if someone cuts in front of you to grab a roll? Or if someone is holding a table? Do you really care what others think of you--you will most likely never see these people again. Who cares if they judge whether you should be using the elevator or stairs! You will meet many really nice, interesting people on board and a few real jerks. Ignore the jerks and enjoy the other passengers. If you get the chance to share your table--by all means do. Be the first to say hello and start a conversation, you will be rewarded.

  2. I am a reformed smoker and that makes me the worst kind of smoke hater! The smell makes me ill, blocks up my nose, and can give me a really sick headache! I don't know how I ever smoked. If a space is designated for smoking and ventilated properly such as on ships where there is a 'Cigar Bar', smokers can have an indoor area without bothering the non smokers. As for the casino, I think you will see more and more smoke free areas as smoking becomes less tolerated. Maybe they will all switch to those water vapor e-cigarettes, soome of them smell really good.:)
