  1. Well said! 🙂🌈🐻🐨🐼🌝
  2. Great, thanks. Over the past weeks, the Miami Herald has been a solid source of information, so my guess is that this Miami Herald info is again solid.
  3. Yes, they are there in a full suite. Have had them on the Emerald and Star in full suites. The robes and slippers are there in the closet, when you arrive. Never had to ask for them. i like the tub and shower in the Mini suite bathrooms. A nice feature.
  4. Yes, I agree, i found the local French people to be helpful and hospitable in Alsace, Lorraine, and Provence. i hope you can let us know how your independent stay in St. Petersburg goes. Enjoy.
  5. Yes, true, but it is still early in the Alaska season. Let's check again in late June, July and August.
  6. Princess shore excursions in St. Petersburg were great, admittedly some years ago. The tour guides were wonderful! Especially wonderful sites were Peterhof Palace and also the Hermitage. It was wonderful to not have to worry about tickets or communicating. Take Princess tours or shore excursions.🙂⛴⚓️🌝🛳😊🚢🙂
  7. I like British Invasion, Stardust, and Motor City, and I like seeing them over again. i have been on 14 Alaska cruises. Enjoy! 🙂⛴🐳🐋⚓️🛳🌅🌈🐬🚢🌠🙂
  8. Thanks for the info about the Majestic. I was wondering how the soot was doing on the Majestic. Thanks again!
  9. Just sailed E731 RT LA --> Hawaii in March. Fantastic! No noise, as mentioned, from the Club below.
  10. Do both🙂 Watch from up top when approaching and going under, and then go to your suite to watch it recede into the distance. I have done it this way at least five times. No matter what, enjoy! ⛴⚓️🛳🐳🌈🌅🐋🎥⛴🛥🚢📷
  11. Great! Perfect for me 🙂⛴⚓️🌅🌈🐳🐬🐋🛳🌝😊
  12. I agree about being cautious. I am going to give it time. I am not planning any float plane trips, soon. But, I must say, having flown with Taquan Air, two different times, they were great. They have a nice facility, where they do a safety briefing. Both pilots I had were kind, considerate, cautious, conservative in flying maneuvers, and just first rate in every way. i am so sorry for all.
  13. So, you are volunteering to be picked on by the comedian? Hope you enjoy it.
  14. In case Carlos Oscar is on your cruise, see him for sure! He is great, totally clean, and totally funny. He goes on nonstop for 45 to 50 minutes. So great! And he doesn't pick on people in the audience, either, a real plus as far as I am concerned. Enjoy!🙂😌🌅🌈🌝😉⚓️😀😊
  15. Just something fun for some of us. Having fun is a good thing🙂⛴🐋🐳⚓️🌅🌈🚢🍷😌😉🍺🛥🌊🐠😊🐳🍕🍧🍦🍰🍨🍩🛳🛥⚓️🌅
  16. I like starboard side for the cruising into Juneau. The forests are gorgeous, starboard side, when cruising into Juneau. I have been on 14 Alaska cruises, and I have done the Seattle itinerary several times.
  17. Fantastic! Thanks for sharing🙂
  18. So sorry to hear the news. As others have said, thoughts and prayers to all involved or affected. i have been on Misty Fjord tours, including the floatplane tours, several times. I see from the news articles that one of the companies involved was Taquan Air, and I have toured with them. You see their planes and location from the ship in Ketchikan. I always felt safe and well cared for on their tours. Their pilots always seemed safe, gentle, cautious, and considerate. Again, so sorry for all.
  19. Yes, I am not a fan of the Royal and the other mega ships. I do like the convenience of Seattle. But still, at this point, do enjoy. Alaska will be great.
  20. Not that unusual. Ships leaving from Seattle often go west around Vancouver Island, and then join the Inside Passage prior to Ketchikan. The AlAska cruise will be great. No worries!🙂🛳⛴🐋🐬🌈🛥⚓️🌝
  21. Thanks, Paul for confirming the location on the Pacific Princess. Looking forward to it!
