Hi Zone8grandma! We want to take this cruise but the earliest they have is October 24th. Wondering if that is too late and what weather will be like. Sounds like you were on your own. How did they handle ports? Did you sign up for tours?
We did 5 days on the river with land tours to Beijing, Xian and Shanghai before the dam was finished. Really want to see it with the water raised. We live near Seattle. My e-mail is rkmartin7@comcast.net and would love to hear from you. Not sure I can find the thread but will check back here too..
