There is a reason that the reviews are overwhelmingly positive - Vitalino runs a first class operation. We would go with him again in a heartbeat! Our guide Axel was very polite and knowledgeable!

We did the ziplining and cave tubing excursion with .BZ. All brand new equipment for the ziplining.

The Carnival direct booked tour got in the river at the same time we did and got out 15 minutes earlier than we did as we floated further downstream.

The van ride would be the same length for any of the outfits as they go to the same river. All outfits have the same walk - it is +/- 30 minutes and not very strenuous.

Regarding the water temp. When we went it was perfect - very cool and refreshing but not cold. The scenery is a rainforest viewed from a river occasionally interrupted by dark caves. We enjoyed it - but we enjoy floating many rivers here in Texas. The experience of floating through the caves is unique!

In addition the food was awesome!

The Zipline was brand new - all new equipment and was 7 runs. Not too much hiking. The BZ website has the info. We would have been able to eat with the non-zipliners but we didn't rush as my wife was apprehensive (at first). The guides talked her thru everything and now she is ready go ziplining again!!

Just left Magic Last weekend and did the tubing and zipline with .bz We had an awesome time with Axel !! We lucked out that our tour size left my wife and I with Axel all by ourselves.

Everyone was wonderful and the food at Vitalino's was awesome. To make sure that we got to the ship we took our food to go (they offered this - we didn't have to ask). Carried it on the ship and feasted in our room. Now we wish we had the recipe.

We would go on a tour with them in a heartbeat again.:)

On a past cruise sitting on plane about to leave home for Ft Lauderdale and realized that I forgot 2 suitcases at home - one of which had all the formal stuff and most of my wife's clothes. Thank god it was a Friday and we lived about a mile from the Fed Ex depot. Our son overnighted the luggage and we got it in time to board on Sat! My wife didn't even get upset - she just said she would have to do more shopping if we didn't get the luggage!:)
