  1. My husband, Darrell , and myself, Allen, will be joining this cruise out of Athens.

Looking forward to the 7 days sailing the Adriatic Sea.

Hoping to meet and get to know other gay/lesbian couples onboard.

Would be fun to dine, drink, dance and hang out together.

We are coming from Canada and excited to meet people from other countries.

Very cool! Hopefully we can all meet. Funny, we moved to Palm Springs so we may also see you out and about the weekend before the cruise.

    Wow! What a coincidence!

We Love Palm Springs and try to get down there as much as possible.  Plans to spend a few months down there once we retire to escape the cold and snow!

Allen will be down a week before the cruise and I will join him on the Thursday of the weekend of the cruise with a couple of friends that will be spending the weekend and returning back to Calgary.

We stay at one of friend's condos that he owns in Cathedral City and will definitely be out and about that weekend doing Palm Springs.

We will have to exchange contact numbers or go thru social media to keep in touch to meet either before the cruise or on the ship. We would definitely like to get together and share sometime on this cruise!

  3. Hi There!

My Husband and I are also on this cruise. We are from Calgary, Alberta and love to cruise.

We will be spending a few days in Palm Springs before driving to L.A Sunday morning to catch this cruise.

We've done this one many years ago and Loved it enough to repeat it.  Hopefully we can meet up with you and others to share a cocktail or two, take in the dinners, and shows in the evenings.

    Looking forward to It!

  4. Darrell and I have also been on three transatlantic crossings, one on The Epic. We've also found that the first few days are pretty nice on route to Bermuda and then the weather tends to turn to cloudy rainy and a little bit cool. Hopefully this time we'll get some nice weather for the entire Crossing. You'll want to take advantage of the first few days of sunshine and warmth to be able to use the waterslides on the upper deck. I turn into a 12-year-old kid every time I get on a waterslide, especially the funnel one on The Epic. Hopefully others will want to do the waterslides as well as Darrell is a big chicken.

  5. Hi Dave,

2 friends and I will be taking this cruise up to Alaska with you.

I have been on many cruises before and they are just getting into it recently.

I hadn't seen anyone posting on here about this cruise yet so I was fearful that we were going to be the only gays in the village!

We're all in our early to mid 50's with one of my friends celebrating his 55th birthday on Thursday during the cruise!

Looking forward to meeting you guys, and hopefully others during the FOD gatherings. We are up on the 8th floor (navigation I think), in a Neptune Suite!

(my first time in anything like that!)

  6. Darrell and I are still booked and not planning on changing that. We have our flights down to Florida booked but will be flying home standby from Barcelona as I work for an airline. Getting to the cruise is way more important than flying home so we always buy a one way to arrive a day or 2 before departure. We will be heading for home the day the cruise docks. We have been to Barcelona before and we only have 2 weeks vacation to use this time around. Plus, flying home standby we always give ourselves a few days to get home in case flights are full and we need to make alternate plans.

Looking forward to the trip and meeting you all onboard.

  7. Hi all,

My partner Darrell and I (Allen) have recently booked and put down our deposit on a balcony room for this sailing! We did this cruise 4 years ago and are excited to be returning to The Epic! We both love this ship!

Like Hazhap, we too thought this price for the trip was too good to pass up!

Plus they threw in the booze package and a small onboard ship credit! I noticed today that NCL is now offering TWO incentive packages if you book by the 30thNov, 2015. Not worth rebooking just yet as the price hasn't changed.

Hope to meet a lot of you at the FOD gatherings and hopefully join up for many dinners and evenings together!

  8. My partner and I (50 and 52yo from Calgary,Alberta,Canada) have booked a balcony room on this cruise. It'll be our fourth Transatlantic cruise, first one in a westerly direction! We look forward to meeting other GLBT folks on this crossing to spend some time with over drinks and dinners!

We've found that there is always a large group of us on the transatlantic crossings and hope this cruise will be same. Looking forward to getting to know some of you before hand.
