I would like to do the cave tubing excursion when we stop in Belize, however we are on the NCL Getaway which docks in Harvest Caye, does anyone know if we can do a private tour to do the cave tubing after docking in Harvest Caye.

We'll be on the Carnival Breeze, arriving in La Romana, Sept 1st, would like to take the family to Altos de Chavon for a self tour as I've been there before but the family has not. Then wanted to do some beach time before heading back to the ship. Is there taxi/trolley that can take us to these places without having to take an excursion. We'd rather do our own thing. Any advice ??
