I had the problem yesterday, as well.   It was not the first time I had the problem.     This morning, I went into a private window(using firefox) and it worked!   I then went back into firefox and it worked as well!

So I am not sure if it just magically fixed itself, or by going into a private window, it helped.

If you are still having the problem, you may want to clear your cache.   Sometimes that could cause you a problem.

Thank you everyone. I have cleared the history, cache and cookies. No success. I am curious what a "private window" is? Could you please describe this so I may try it? Thank you!

I have not tried to go past finding the pricing when signed in, but when I get the error screen (using Firefox) I refresh the screen and then the pricing shows up correctly.

Just tried this and when it refreshes it takes me back to the stateroom selection screen.Thank you for the suggestion.

Your PVP couldn’t book it for you either?
I have had the same issue you are having and booked with PVP directly but then cleared my history and was able to get to final pricing.

Yes, they can book it for me, but I would like to solve the issue. I will clear my history again and see. Thank you!

  4. I am curious if anyone is experiencing a similar issue with the Princess website? For the past two months, when I am logged onto Princess website, I cannot get to the final booking screen for any sailing. Because of this, I can't see the final price, put a hold on a sibling, or book a sailing. It all works fine if I am not logged in! My Princess Cruise Vacation planner has tried a number of times to help, with no success. For example, we have changed my password, tried Chrome instead of Safari, and logged in and out. Is this just my account or are others finding a similar issue?

  5. I don't know anything about stocks and just bought 100 shares at 9.72 for the OBC. We cruise a few times a year, so if we get OBC for the next 1.5-2 years we will have made our money back.  🙂

I read in the Carnival section that Carnival has.

Our cruise (so far only a refundable deposit paid) is in late July with a late April deadline still as far as I know. Does anyone know if these deadlines have been extended?

My payment deadlines for June and July cruises were extended to 60 days prior to sailing, and the updated due date is on their website under My account. Click on my account, upcoming cruise, then on payments and it states the deadline. Have you check there?

We were at Kuri Bay on a Maasdam cruise in January last year. Kuri Bay is a working pearl farm owned by Paspaley Pearls; there is nothing else there. As it is all private property, we could only go ashore if we were on a ship’s tour. There were a number of these to choose from including a zodiac tour (Maasdam has its own zodiacs) and flights on Paspaley’s flying boat. We did one called “Kuri Bay Walk & Pearl Farm”, which was a guided tour (by Paspaley employees) of the pearl farm operation and the surrounding property. This tour was running pretty much all day, lasted about 2 hours and was fairly modestly priced. I have zero interest in pearls but I found it very interesting and thoroughly enjoyed it. It helped that the farm manager had joined the ship a couple of days earlier and gave a few talks on board about pearling. The coast around there is quite spectacular. The ship anchored in a sheltered bay and landing was by tender. It was extremely hot the day we were there and the pathways around the property are a bit rough and rugged, but the guides were very good; they took us up to a spectacular lookout as well as explaining the pearling operation. There were plenty of places to sit under shade, and cool drinks, around the farm buildings. I thought it was a great experience to be able to go there.

Thank you, this is very helpful. 🙂

  8. Thank you for the helpful review! Could you tell us if the Princess menus were the same on the South East Asia cruise as on other destinations? Someone told me it's mostly Asian seafood dishes.... I was surprised as we've been on a few different cruises and the menu has always remained the same.

  9. We did the one on Antigua, it was out in the ocean and it was quite deep for my daughter...I have heard that the Grand Cayman one is off the beach, so if you have small children that one may be easier.

  10. We love visiting hot springs so we did this tour. The bus ride is a long one, but we were glad we went. Many on our tour did not realize they could walk past the swimming pools and down the trail to natural hot springs in the river. There were many spots in the river to soak, of different depths. We had several spots to ourselves on and off. Take a water bottle as it is a bit of a walk back up to the resort. Lunch was pretty good too, buffet style.
