New update- the port is OPEN, but two other ships will go in before us because they are picking people us- new estimated arrival- 2:30pm!!

I am on the Dream now and literally staring at PC as we do donuts in the ocean (along with a Carnival ship). They are supposed to open the port at noon, you have the choice to disembark today, or stay on tonight and leave in the morning (we are staying and will have to get off and then come back on). I have to say Disney has been great- frequent updates, lots of extra programming (there are characters everywhere and both my kids are in the clubs right now). They put together excursions for Cozumel and Costa Maya very quickly and have let everyone make phone calls. The captain has done hurricane/weather lessons and updates every night before the shows. We've learned a lot (mostly- be on a Disney ship when bad things happen)!
