  1. There will be 4 ships in the port the day we arrive in Belize. We will have a 20 minute tender ride and knowing most all excursions take you on a 30-45 min drive before you get there, I have visions of delayed tender boats, chaos in the port, and crowded boats and buses.

If it were just me I would be fine, but it is my husband I am concerned about. Crowds are not his "cup of tea" and will just be tolerating it for me. He is also a smoker and will not enjoy a lengthy ride.

Does anyone have any recommendations for something we can do that will be less stressful or maybe closer to the port?

From what I have read so far, renting a taxi and driving around on our own is not recommended.

  2. I am getting ready to book a balcony cabin on the Princess Carribean. My choices are Caribe C101 or C102 or Aloha 226.

I know the Caribe cabins have larger decks but these two rooms are the farthest forward you can get.

The Aloha deck cabin is also forward.

I am just wondering which one to choose.

    Thanks

  3. My husband enjoys playing Texas Holdem. We were just on the Crown Princess earlier this month. He had a great time playing poker in the casino. The Crown's casino only has one automated table that holds up to 10 players. You can play a $1/2 cash game most every night. There also were several tournament games throughout the cruise. You had to sign up at a specified time the day before and as seating was limited only the first 10 to sign up got to play. Needless to say, there were others that wanted to play that did not get to. My husband, who hates to travel, had such a good time on the Crown that he wants to cruise again soon. I am wondering if anyone can tell me which cruise line's casinos are better set up for poker? I am looking for more tables, mabie live dealers, etc.
