If you don't want to take the water taxi, take a street taxi. YOu go right to the end of the pier and there is a building with all kinds of taxis ready to take you. We paid 5 dollars per person, and they wait until it is full..6-8 passengers. Beware there are no seatbelts and it is a rough ride.
