Does Royal Caribbean offer transporation from the port in Ravenna to Rome after a cruise?  And has anyone done the train is it fairly easy and what is the earliest time you would book a ticket?

A couple of questions on how to use the coupons.  Can you use them in specialty restaurants and  main dining?  And do you tell the server you are using a coupon or is it automatically applied?

Looking so forward to being back on the ocean in October.

This is what I found out....on ships the air conditioning works in zones. There is one zone completely out and right now this affects 50 cabins!  There are also several crew cabins without air. There was a big meeting Thursday morning and it was said they hope to have it fixed by the end of July per an employee I was not at the meeting.  I am very concerned as I am booked again on this boat in September and when I mentioned this to two different officers they both asked if I had made final payment. They did finally downgrade us but we had air conditioning the last 2 nights and it was wonderful. The crew on this boat are amazing they cared but there just isn’t much they can do. Cooperate needs to quit selling these cabins and cancel the ones that are booked.  I will be contacting cooperate on Monday and we will see how they handle this problem.

It is just one zone in the boat that is not working at all. It’s in the aft part of the boat affecting several decks and rooms. If your room is in the middle to front of the ship you should be fine. But air doesn’t work real well in several guest areas. Sometimes it’s freezing other times you are roasting. This ship needs an update very very badly. 

It’s just deck 8 aft port side. I am not sure if starboard is having the same problem. Suppose to be meeting with hotel director at 5:00 so we will see. I hate to spend my whole vacation complaining but no ac in the Caribbean is no fun and no way to spend hard earned money. 

I am currently sailing on Enchantment of the Seas in a Junior Suite. We have not had air conditioning since we left Galveston on Monday 6/24. Does anyone have an email contact for someone In Cooperate who might care that their passengers are suffering. Can someone advise if this is a violation of the cruise contract. I just can’t imagine that they are allowed to keep us in these rooms in the middle of the Caribbean with no air.  I am a Diamond member I realize things go wrong but this is just awful and the customer care has been non existent. 

I am trying to find out if we can go to the Papal Audience on Wednesday. We are staying in a hotel in the area of the Trevia Fountain. I am not sure how we get to Vatican City but will we have time to go to the service return to our hotel for transfers to the port. We will be leaving on a cruise that day. I believe the boat leaves at 7:00 pm not sure what time we are suppose to check in. Any help is greatly appreciated it's just me and my daughter and I am little leery of getting lost or whatever else could happen.

We are thinking about flying into Seattle and driving to Vancouver has anyone done this and what are your recommendations? Flights into Vancouver are so very expensive so looking at different options. Is there a problem getting across the border? Is the drive nice and would make for a good day of traveling?

Going on the Liberty in August can't wait!!! We are flying into FLL so I was wondering how does the car rental work is there a place at the pier to return the car? I was going to do private transfers but all these good deals at Dollar might be the better way to go! Also where do you sign up for Chops and Portofinos and if we don't get on until 1:00/2:00 pm will we still be able to get reservations?
