  1. We are booked on the ransatlantic on the symphony on October 28, 2018 out of Barcelona. The Symphony departs at 6:00 P.M.

We are considering the Azamara Pursuit on the front end. It arrives in Civitavecchia on the same day. I have read that Azamara has everyone off the ship from 7- 9:00 A.M. It appears that the nonstops to Barcelona that would get us to BCN in plenty of time but those leave Rome(FCO) at 9:45 A.M. There are a few one stops that would get us to BCN by 4-4:30 P.M. that leave a bit later We would love to do both cruises but..... Any advice re worth considering best option to get froom the Port to FCO? etc.????

    Thank you.

  2. Thank you for the updated information regarding Celebrity balconies. Does anyone know if this is also the policy for RCCL ships as well? I was under the impression that each ship captain determined smoking on balconies.

We'd very much like RCCL/Celebrity ships. However several years ago we simply stopped purchasing balconies because of the smoking hassle. The last time we had a balcony I complained about the smoking on the Allure of the seas balcony beneath us. Guest relations they informed me that the starboard side on this cruise was the designated smoking balcony side and I should have requested the other side if I did not want to smell the smoke. All balconies were booked so we just dealt with it for the week.

Should I am been more aggressive with my request to Guest relations or is it different on RCCL and Celebrity or is it up to the individual captain?
