Ken as far as I know the perks only apply to penthouses and above, ie penthouses, haven villas, owner suites and garden villas. But maybe the epic is different and does have some extras for mini suites?

Thanks for all the tiips, As we are also in a suite on the Jewel 3/3/2013 - We were on the Jewel in march of 2012 . Ship seemed a little run down,
