  1. I am so sorry to hear about your experience!

I personally would try to reach out to John Heald, he does a lot of the PR stuff for Carnival and often addresses guests complaints/issues/concerns or gets them to the people they need to talk to.

    His facebook:

From his facebook page as well:

John is a wonderful guy. We met him on the Vista last year and he really does his best to try and make every customer happy.

  2. Call me weird but I actually prefer inside vs ocean views. I love how dark they get at night, if you have an ocean view at port and there are bright lights outside it can get a bit annoying ( Our Vista Cabin light seemed to leak through). Also I'm only there to drop stuff off, sleep/shower. Other than that i'm pretty much out and about.

  3. My advice would be to get there the day before if you can. It's a lot smoother and easier to do when all you have to do is get up and hop on a shuttle as apposed to trying to fly in, hope the airlines don't mess up and cancel/delay your flight and the whole 9 yards. Enjoy the night in Miami there are a lot of things to see and do there if you get there early enough the day before.

    Enjoy you vacation!
