Garden Villa price? in Norwegian Cruise Line Posted February 8, 2006 Here's a question I always wondered. Will NCL negotiate on the Garden Villa price? In other words, if at a month out the Garden Villa is still available is it possible to offer them and get it for $20,000 instead of $30,000?
