  1. Hello Everyone!

    Has anyone seen any information on which point category the Edge Villa will fall into?

    My guess is the Iconic suites will roll with 18 points like the Reflection Suite & Penthouse suites.

    Do you think the EV's will go toward 18 points or 12 points with the Royal, Signature & Celebrity suites?

  2. I think the OP is talking about wait list, as in he wants an A1 but they're sold out, so he's been wait listed and will get a cabin if someone cancels. I have no experience with X Abut HA called me when a cabin opened up. Too late, as I had already booked with Princess

    A few days ago we booked at waitlist reservation.

     

    1. Who makes contact with you Customer Service or Captain' s Club?

     

    2. Is contact made at anytime the cabin selection available or after the final payment date when cancellations are known?

  4. I went on-line to make our final payment today and noticed the payment tab was no longer available. I was a little confused because it was there before I called and received a price drop.

     

    I could tell the C&A Agent knew I was confused but she did not make me feel like I was confused. Sometimes when you are confused and asking questions the Agents by there voice tone deliver a sense of impatience. Not this agent.

     

    The agent explained that when I called to get my price drop the other Agent noticed that our B2B reservations were not linked and linked them. The linking disables the payment tab. All other items excursions, drink packages etc., can still be paid for online. She was so patient and kind. She processed my payment and sent new invoices for both cruises.

     

    I was so impressed with the Agents customer service skills, I called back and waited again so I could speak with a Supervisor to report how great she was.

  5. hope u get it back my luggage was lost from outside my cabin 2 the terminal it is almost 2 weeks they have not found it I didn't loss it RCCL did now td they told me 2 call my home owners ins & file a claim .I did file with RCCL on 12/22/2013 my suitcase was fill ,lost all my pics I will never let them take my luggage again I will be the 1 walking around the ship with big suitcases if anyone don't like it 2 bad my pics can never be replaced this was our 30th cruise 8 cruise on the explorer of the seas

     

    Hang in there. The luggage may still be found. Our luggage was lost by Valet on the Allure. It was shipped to us FOUR months later:eek: . Hope yours is shipped to you soon.
