My husband and I are not new cruisers but it has been several years--actually since the pandemic.  We will be on the Vision of the Seas in  a few weeks for a 12 night cruise.  I know that there are 2 formal nights.  I remember that one of those nights always seemed to be more "dressed up" but cannot remember if it is the first formal on the second cruise night or the last formal night.  As I am bringing only one really formal outfit I would love some advice.  Thank you in advance .

We are on the Norwegian Jade in September. We have booked many excursions but would like to do Dublin on our own (we have been there before). How far from center is the port? Can we walk from the port? Thank you for any help.

My husband and I will be sailing on Grandeur of the Sea next Monday. While checking our Diamond benefits I noticed the absence of free WiFi for 24 hours that I know we enjoyed on our last cruise. Has this benefit been discontinued? This benefit and the free cocktail hour drinks are the main Diamond benefits that we look forward to each cruise. Thank you for any information.

You are correct, Cotswald, that is the site where I purchased the tickets. That is the site you reach from Amsterdam into. I think it is because the train site Mairealach is unavailable to tourists (credit cards). In any case the problem is resolved. I disputed the charge with our bank and they contacted the vendor. We received our tickets this morning. Thank you so much for your assistance.

I ordered 2 return trip tickets online because the site said that it is time consuming at the airport. We received an immediate confirmation that said that we would receive out tickets within 24 hours. We paid 29 euro and it has been 72 hours and still no tickets. It has posted to my bank. I replied about the situation but have heard nothing. Any advice? Thank you in advance.

Can onboard credit be used for gratuities? This the first time that we have some onboard credit.

We are black level from the loyalty match program. On the Divina we ate in the Galaxy restaurant and it was a tasting menu (Mediterranean sailing). We are going on the Splendida in September and I don't see any specialty restaurant on the deck plans . Is Tex Mex considered a premium restaurant?

We have sailed on the Divina in Europe and as Black Level we enjoyed 2 complimentary meals in the Galaxy restaurant which has a very upscale and romantic setting. Does the Splendida have any upscale restaurant that they use for black level? The only ones that I see on the diagrams seem to be only for yacht passengers. Do they use these restaurants also for black level complimentary meals? I am trying to decide if I should bring any dress clothes because we usually take our daily meals at the buffet. Does anyone know if you can wheel your own carryon on board? I know that the large luggage is always taken from you but I would love to keep my carryon with me. Only the Norwegian Cruise Line in New York required all luggage be left for room delivery. Everyone was rushing to remove jewelry, medicine etc. Thank you for any information

My husband and I will be at this port on September 27th. The port sheets seem to say that our other ports-Naples, Rome, Cannes, Palma Mallorca and Barcelona will still be warm--70 to 81 degrees average high. The port sheet for La Spezia shows the average high as 61 degrees for September and 52 for October. Is this a misprint or is the weather that much cooler in this area? Would appreciate any information-thanks.
