Oceania site has this note at the very bottom of the description:

"This is the only excursion available due to this ports' touristic infrastructure. This tour is limited in capacity and pre-reservation is suggested. This excursion will take place using several departures due to the catamaran’s capacity. Due to local restrictions, only guests participating in this tour will be permitted to leave your cruise ship."

Will be cruising from Tahiti to Hawaii to LA in April and a a few questions, hopefully someone in the community has returned to the US at LA and can help with answers:

• US Citizens need to prove they have vaccinated and boosted when returning to the US but does there need to be a negative Covid 19 test as well and if so, do cruise lines provide the test?
• Has the process of entering the US at the LA World Cruise Port be lengthened?  How much time should one plan it to take to get off the ship and get cleared to exit terminal?
