  1. I love the Breeze. It has great decor and the flow is very relaxing. If you do Belize again I recommend cave tubing since that was so much fun and we got away from the city. What ever you choose you will be on a boat :)

  2. Thanks for this thread.

My name is Pam and I am 35 (will be turning 36 on this sailing)! Live in Orlando and have done 13 cruises (12 Carnival and 1 Disney) all with family or friends. I was trying to get my mom to come with me on this sailing and have our first girl only cruise but her and my dad have a cruise booked in January. This is my first solo cruise and first NCL cruise and I am nervous but excited. I have already booked the Ultimate Dining Package so I can try the different restaurants and I am thinking about snorkeling in Freeport or Great Stirrup Cay. I have a roll call set up but so far no responses.

    Thanks again and happy cruising

    Pam;)

  3. Yes! Disney cruise is enjoyable without kids. I had a great time on my Disney cruise on the Dream. It was my boyfriend at the time (25) and me (33). It was an easy embarkment and debarkment. Palo was great and The Golden Mickey show was fun. Fireworks while at sea was fantastic and Castaway Cay was nice. I like the fact that there was a kids area on the island as well as the adult area. I didn't make it over to the kids area since I was having fun in the cool blue water but my boyfriend made it there and saw Jack Sparrow!! Got a chance to take pictures with different characters that I normally only could on special occasions like Mickey's Not so scary Halloween Party. Was able to dress up as Belle at dinner if I wanted to and got a chance to take pics with her :eek:! I say go ahead! I want to go again myself

  4. Thanks for the review it brought back memories. Disney Dream so far has been my Disney cruise but I do want to go on the Disney Magic next. I love the picture area and the Golden Mickey show. Palo is a great restaurant by the way I did that on my cruise and I was dressed up as Belle (My favorite princess).

Right now the only thing that is holding me back from sailing Disney again is the cost since I am a solo cruiser and that rate is high:(

  5. Thanks for this topic. I was having the same thought and now I am glad I booked a NCL cruise for next year. I wanted to cruise on my birthday in March but CCL and Disney were either the wrong dates or too long (I work in a grocery store where the bosses dont like long vacations) so I found a quick four day cruise on the Sky on my birthday. Yes it does go to Bahamas where I have been many times but this time I can go to Great Stirrup Cay which I am hoping is like Disney's Castaway Cay which I really enjoyed on that cruise. The freestyle sounds fun and I am glad I do not have to dress up if I don't want to. Right now I am solo but trying to get my mom to come along to make it a girls only cruise.

    Thanks again

    Pam;)

  6. Thanks for the review. I am booked on the Sky for March 23, 2015 for my birthday (I normally cruise around my parents birthday so I decided why not sail for mine). Right now I will be going solo unless my mom decides to come. This will be my first time on NCL mostly have done Carnival (12 times) and one time on Disney. The Eastern Caribbean is my favorite route since it normally includes St. Thomas and St. Martin very fun islands.
