  1. He just came over from Royal as others have said but I did sail with him on Liberty of the Seas and he was fantastic. Two CD's from Royal have recently come over and in my opinion they are absolutely Carnival's gain.

  2. We have one time. It was not Princess but Carnival. We booked a balcony guarantee and on the way to the airport we received a call from princess saying they overbooked our category type and were offered $1000.00 on board credit that if we didn't use we could bring home. We were moved to an ocean view cabin.

  3. The OP is obviously asking about the Carnival Liberty, and this is the San Juan board.

The ship arrives in port around 8am on Sundays. By the time it clears customs, it will be at least 8:30 or 9am.

You'll need to grab a cab to the airport, 25 min minimum. Then you have to go through the agricultural screening before the main security screening.

The answer to the OP question is: Only a slight chance of making that flight.

Plan on a flight leaving at noon or later.

Almost the entire ship's passengers will be trying to leave the island the same day. A 10:35am flight is unrealistic.

Thank you! The next flight was not until 2 so we will book that one. Again thanks for the help!

  4. I know it has been asked many times but I can't seem to find the thread. This will be our first cruise we have ever had to fly for and the question is a 10:35 A.M. fight realistic? We are on the Carnival Liberty in September and will choose to carry off our own luggage. Thanks for the help in advance!

  5. I would pick the Legend! I have been on the Breeze which is similar to the Dream but the Dream does not have all the same venues/amenities. The Legend is the only ship in the fleet I have repeated. I believe it is the perfect size ship and the pax/space ratio is perfect. I was very easy to keep our group together on that ship.
