We will be on the Koningsdam for Easter. I grew up, as did my kids, with a large brunch at Easter (mostly homemade). The Pinnacle Grill is offering Easter Brunch for $35. With mimosas. Personally, don’t like mimosas. I was wondering if the DNR would also serve Easter brunch or lunch? Would anyone know?

In the past few months - Noordam did not have them, Amsterdam did have them.

 

Love the rugs as know it will be a good day when I get on and the rug day matches the pill dispenser's day.

I love the rugs only on cruises longer then 7 days. We have an elevator dance on that 7th day when we still have sailing days ahead of us :D

I'm looking for comments on the improvements made to the Zuiderdam on her last dry-dock in April. We were on her in March and found her furniture and carpets very tired overall. Pool side had all kinds of broken equipment. Our Verandha suite furniture in particular looked like second hand furniture and our balcony had draining issues so we had crappy water on it every day. We are back on the Zuiderdam in July. I'm hoping these things were fixed up this past dry-dock.

We have sailed on the Eurodam twice and the only complaint we had about her was the quality of the food and service at the Pinnacle Grill the first time. They made sure our second time was a lot better!

Thank you all for your hints and knowledge! I had googled and looked through Trip Advisor but was uncertain about the attractions for this port compared to another with better known area in the French Riviera. Your links are all useful. Thanks again!

I am comparing cruises for summer 2015 in the Mediterranean by researching ports of calls I've never been to. Saint-Raphael, France is one of them and I can not find any touring information on it, either from HAL's website or from cruisers on this site. Most tour operators i've looked at in the region do not include pick ups or visits from Saint-Raphael. It's just the weirdest thing. I would greatly appreciate information on day touring for cruisers from that port and information as to why it is not in the HAL excursions' list??
