  1. I received this notice after final payment due date stating that Camp Ocean will not be offered on our sailing (Horizon Aug 29th 2021), I'd imagine this is true for all current US sailings (at least from FL)

It looks like Carnival's website is not actively showing this notice or otherwise making it clear the discontinuing of core services to the Carnival cruise product.

Has anyone seen these exclusions listed or announced for other Carnival sailings?

Excerpt of what I received from Arlene Brown (Sr. Director, Guest Care)

  2. Confused and concerned... my TA (and RCL) states in order to use the Lift and Shift benefit, it must be the same ship and itinerary. However, the 6-day sailing offered in Jan 2021 includes Labadee, Haiti. However, the itineraries for end of 2021/into 2022 changed from Haiti to Grand Cayman.

Since no same itineraries are offered, no one can tell me how to use the Lift and Shift benefit.

  3. Norwegian Pearl is the ship, not cruising till May anyways

As for filling and disposing of the water, I was going to use the shower on the deck else.

If that idea fails then I'm stating my 13 month old child is potty trained. They may be horrific at it... but the quality of their training isn't part of the rules. Besides I'd never take them to the regular pools anyways just the kiddy pool that's inches deep.

Alright... bring on the angry replies

  4. Since kids in diapers aren't allowed in the pools, we decided we would take an inflatable infant tub with us and just blow it up on the Lido deck next to our pool chairs (or by the pool).

I skimmed NCL's FAQs, cruise contract, etc, and can't find anything remotely close that would prevent us from having one.

    Any idea on the legitimacy?

For context, see picture - it's pretty small, less than 3 feet in length - https://www.walmart.com/ip/Parent-s-Choice-Inflatable-Safety-Bathtub/147875537
