I guess it never hurt to double check with the tourist information booth (if there's any). We probably will head to Honeymoon beach since we are docking at Crown Bay.

I had heard that it is yet I could not find any excursions there for my cruise that leaves on Saturday :(

 

And wRoyal Caribbean ships docking at Crown Bay it would leave us a pretty far distance from the Havensight area to explore and to go on the lsky ride thing.

I e-mailed Skyride not long ago and it is remained closed. They said there is still no power up the mountain so they could not really do any recovery works.

How early does it open each day (including embarkation day)? Thanks!

Thank you all!!!! It's been a long while since my last "real" cruise!:)

Saw it on their website today that they are giving non-refundable onboard credits if book between Nov 1-16, 2014. I read that usually the credit does not show up on your account until the 3rd day of the cruise if it's a 7-night cruise. Do I have to wait until then to use the credits? Also, can I use the onboard credits towards the daily gratuities?

Read that Princess allows one bottle of wine/champange per person to bring onboard, is it still true? I did that in San Juan but thought that it was one of the few exception ports.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned but same as going on any trips (or even at your hometown), always a good idea to have a small flash light with you, or at least leave it somewhere that is easily accessible especially if you have an inside cabin. There was a short outage on my last cruise and the entire room was pitch black.

Also if you are planning to fill your bottle with water from the buffet restaurant, remember to squeeze some lemon juice in. The chlorine smell gets even stronger when the water turns warm as you go ashore so it is close to undrinkable.

We were on Caribbean Princess from March 21-28. After checking in, we went to the liquor store right across from the counter and got a bottle of champagne and a bottle of white. We then put them in our carry-ons and went through the security with no problem. Think it's pretty well known that Princess let you carry one bottle per person.:)
