It's been awhile since I have been on this site and was just looking up to see if there was any pics ( a lady that cruised with her hub) and wore gorgeous gowns . Can not think of her name, but does she still post pics? I know

a lot would know who I mean.

We never had issue with laundry except the white socks changed to hint of blue.

Other items came back just fine....except this last cruise,lol

We sent out our undies and my pink ones came back yellowish but still had pink

band,lol and hubbys black came back burgundy with black band,lol I know

maybe got wrong ones,lol but no. Just be mindful of what you send out, that's all.

Wonder what color would they be if we sent them out again? Change it up a bit!,lol

Not sure if they still offer fishing in half moon cay, but I did it once.

I wash my hands every time I have a beer. About every 20 minutes.

good idea, but if I had that many, I would not know the difference

Due to a noisey belly, I take probiotics and when I told doc about

trip she said " good as they help fight off stomach bugs" makes sense

if they are loaded with good bugs.

Have to take anyway so see what happens.

I am a smoker... (hack, hack,)

I am on the last cruise for smoking on balcony. When I did smoke

there I was always conscious of my neighbours, so maybe late a night

I would and had always requested a spin top ashtray as when the wind

would be blowing I would be crouched down over it so ashes would not

fly. I stop doing that awhile back and just took the time to go up to

smoking section. I have met the most interesting people from all over. I found that more enjoyable. I am slightly shy so when asking to share

a table or ashtray, it starts conversations. Sometimes you meet

people that confirm that it is a small world.

So to all I say Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

I prefer April only because when I go home there is a hope of Spring. When we go in February I find it makes it harder to go home and have two more months of winter. Each to their own!

Totally agree, most cruises we have done were late march or april.

This year we did one after new years and coming back to winter

really stinks. Getting out march/april and weather (not this year,lol)

gives you a head start on spring, ahhhh .

 

Does anyone remember Evening in Paris Perfume? Gorgeous blue bottle! It was my first perfume back in the early 60's.

I remember that perfume, but mostly from friends older sisters.

I did like it. Some even came in a nice hard carrying bag with

a variety of the products.

In the 80's I wore Epris (Jaclyn Smith promote), always had compliments on that one. Now I wear Mackie, and switch once in awhile to the

channel de tender ( cheaper on cruise) then at home. So

have to use it up quick so I can go on another cruise.lol

I am curious, with some of the new big ships the balconies are

so small it looks like you can hit your knees of the rails, is the

new ship the same? Hope not.

Really, that's 11 months on the ship!! Amazing!!

Our last cruise, we had a bottle of champania,lol in our room

which my hubby thought he would tackle, well close to end

of cruise we gave it to cruise director to give as a trivia prize,

we couldn't take it with us so.... why not!

lol, on the coffee remark. we had a first time Neptune and hub was there a lot to get the coffee. Told them if they noticed machine gone, check

hubs luggage,lol (machine too big for that) but you get the drift.
