We cruised Caribbean Princess 1/3/20-1/13/2020. This was our first time on this ship. The carpet looked new, the mattress was comfortable, the theatre chairs were comfortable, and the ocean medallion was a nice feature (we did not get the WiFi). I did not notice anything worn or shabby. I will say the food was mediocre at times in the dining room. We loved grabbing a quick bite at the International Cafe. Enjoy your trip!

We received a card on our bed Sat.night to fill the laundry bag for 19.95. The dirty laundry had to be placed on the bed by Sunday noon. The card said we would receive our clean laundry by Tuesday night, but the clean laundry was waiting for us when we came back from our SPB tour on Sunday evening.

Thank you ialex! That is good to know because my teens wouldn't eat that either. Will be discussing this with them and if they can fill up preshow and hit the buffet at 7. Did you like the show? Another thread mentioned thinking it was creepy.

Yes, we enjoyed the food and show. The food was much better than on the Epic's Cirque show. This Cirque show has a steampunk theme. Before the show begins, there are various people in the show modeling very creative costumes. Someone posted pictures of some of the costumes on their review. I didn't care for the knife throwing segment.

Thank you! We would do the 5:30 show so could last until 7pm to hit the buffet after. They could nibble on the desserts until then. I didn't realize they had a vegetarian option...wonder what it is?

The vegetarian option was eggplant. My husband did not want to eat the tenderloins, so they let him double the amount of shrimp.

We are going on the Getaway in May 2017, and we will be docking at stadsgarden 167.

According to the Port of Stockholm schedule, if you port on 8/21/2017, your berth will be s167 Stadsgarden. We will be doing the Baltics in May, and will also port at the Stadsgarden berth. Our edocs state that we will be cruising the archipelago. I hope that helps.

There were plenty of excursions offered at each port. I am afraid I threw out the 4 page descriptions. We did not do any of the NCL excursions. On this particular cruise, it seems you are icruising with an older crowd. Many of the passengers had mobility issues. Lots of waiting. We opted to rent a car in Sidney, Halifax, and St. John. We used tomsportguides.com as a resource in helping us plan our day. In Boston, they have a Boston tour right after Disembarkment and then they return you to the airport. This tour is for passengers flying out after 2 pm. I put a review in and a short review of the places we visited at each port.
