Thanks so much for your help

Hi, I'm arriving at FLL at 9:30 AM on a Sunday morning for the Allure in a few weeks. We will be 3 adults and 2 kids aged 9 with 5 bags of luggage plus carry-ons and are planning to take a taxi to the port. Will there be taxis at the airport on a Sunday morning that are large enough to fit all of us and our luggage to get us to the port.
Also, I would like to stop somewhere on the way to the port (drugstore, supermarket, etc.) to pick up some soda and water to take on the cruise. Is there a convenient place along the way to the port for the taxi to stop so I can run in to pick up this stuff. Also, would the taxi charge extra for this stop or does the meter just keep running while we're stopped.
Thanks
Why is RC still going to Labadee?

I agree that they should not be stopping at Labadee right now. All you need is a few groups of armed people in small boats descending on a ship while it is docked. It would be a sitting duck. While this could happen anywhere, there's a greater chance of it happening somewhere in a lawless country regardless of how far it is from the capital. It happens off the coast of Africa, why not at Labadee. They could ask for a ransom or just take everyone's valuables. They could be in and out before the US Navy gets there.
