A special thank you for Dave and Lou and the entire PTZtv crew for providing such great coverage throughout all your webcam sites in 2014.
You all are awesome and provide so much fun for so many of us cruise addicts.
HAPPY NEW YEAR

I want to thank you all for looking for me last saturday on my wedding cruise sailaway! It made it even more special to know people were on the other side, looking at us!
Man, I've never sailed out of FLL before, it's SO COOL to be there and see what we always see on the webcam!
I have to give a huge thanks to Lou. He called me on the morning of the wedding before 8am to tell me he was going to give me and my party a lot of air time today, and he really did! On the sailaway video alone we got 2 minutes!
So awesome to have that as part of our wedding memory.
And as for the Oasis...I have to say, it was quite an experience. I've never experienced such easy on/off on ANY ship as that one. Amazing idea, isn't it? 6k passengers and no lines to get on/off? Do I want to sail megas all the time? Definitely not, but I'm game for another in the future for sure. Great time was had by all.
It was our pleasure! Thank you for all the good words…

This is officially a weekend only thing for me now. I did drop a note to the PixTV people telling them I am dissapointed they block me. I have supported their advertisers and can still see some of the ads, but since my employer blocks some of their ads I can't see the webcam. While I understand their position, their reply was pretty arrogant and told me where to go.
Bill,
We don't feel our response to your email was arrogant and we did not tell you where to go. We are sorry you feel that way, but we have no control over your employer blocking ads on our webcam sites.
I have posted our email response below.
Lou
Hi Bill,
Sorry to hear you are no longer able to view at work. However, corporate IT has the right to control/monitor everything and anything that happens on their PCs, servers and networks. Whether that involves advertising or streaming video. Both can be blocked. They could also initiate punitive action against anyone found to be using any corporate computing resource for non work-related activities.
If they don't want you seeing advertising provided by Google (our ad provider) then they probably don't want you streaming our video either. Streaming video is expensive, costs real dollars to achieve... both for us and everyone else down the line... including your employers.
The only suggestion we have at this time is to acquire a 4G-enabled tablet or other mobile device and use that to view our webcams anywhere you can get good 4G wireless broadband service.

Emmy... We are going on the Navigator on March 16th. I filled out the application to be fillmed and also to borrow a port cam banner. There was no mention where I would get the banner and where I return it. Would you know where your friends picked up their banner. If you don't know now, could you ask them when they return and then kindly post it on this thread?
Thanks,
Jerry
Hello Jerry. You have mail.
It's great to see everyone on Cruise Critic enjoying our webcams!
