  1. Hi, my cruise scheduled for April 11th was cancelled and I filled out the form online for a refund. I received an auto-reply that it would be up to 90 days. Will the refund be for the entire amount I paid, including the taxes, fees, and port charges? Also, I had pre-paid my gratuities and also pre-paid for the upgraded internet separately on my credit card through the NCL app. Does anyone know if that will be automatically refunded as well? I tried to call Cruises Only but was on hold for over an hour and could not wait any longer. Thank you!

  2. Hi everyone and Happy New Year! My husband and I are in our late 30's from Florida and cruise quite often since we have 3 ports that are close to us! We are sailing in a Sky Suite on the Equinox next year. We normally cruise NCL and RCCL and last time we stayed in the Haven on the NCL Escape. We loved the perks there and wanted to know if anyone can give me any insight on the Suite Life on Celebrity? We booked with the Go Best option so we have the 4 perks. Are we able to use the Persian Garden on the ship? Any insight or suggestions that you can give us that are not listed on their website would be great! I appreciate it!

  3. Can someone please help me in regards to the SDP & The Supper Club?!?! I called Norwegian 3 times and keep getting different answers.

    I purchased the 4 day Specialty Dining Package for the Escape 11/28 sailing. I also made a reservation for The Supper Club dinner show which cost me an additional $17.80 PP. Does NCL use 1 of my Specialty Dining meals for The Supper Club? I see now the show is now $35 PP so I didn't understand why I got a different price and if it was taken away from my specialty meals. Thank you :):)
