We will be staying at the Rydges World Square for 3 days prior to cruise. I would love recommendations for breakfast/lunch/dinner during our stay. It doesn't have to be within walking distance as transportation is easy. We would enjoy more Aussie specialties and restaurants. Thanks for your suggestions

Thank you for the BKK updates. Hopefully the local issues will be resolved soon. Let's keep this thread alive and share what we know as things progress and time goes by. I appreciate all input.

We will be in Bangkok for 5 days in January before starting our cruise. Can anyone give me an update on the political demonstrations in Bangkok? Is there a safety issue for travelers? Any suggestions?
