  1. Lots of luck to OP, glad others have been successful with your same issue.

Anyone know if they give you a hard time if they can't read the LOT number.  The folks at the county health department where I got my 2 dose shot, were not exactly very neat with putting on the stickers and the second sticker covers some of the other.

Luckily date shows clearly for both shots, but the LOT # is not?

Stressing and wanting to move the sticker but afraid to make it "invalid"??

  2. When my original March 2020 was canceled, it stayed on until I rebooked (even after choosing the FCC offer)

This time, on our B2B on Sunshine that just got cancelled for this year ;(  - insert crying noises - I opted for the FCC online and within minutes my bookings disappeared.  WHAT!??!   Good thing I took a screen shot of the Booking Details and Payments screens so I know the amounts of the coming FCC.

Sadly, guess they are all too used to the cancellations now and are prepared to work them all quickly!

Happy Sailing to all who get to sail this year!

I noticed that the Print Documents tab is back and works .

Thanks!!Just logged out and back in and I see it now. 🙂

Vaccination survey has also changed names a couple of times, LOL.

We are too quick for the Carnival IT team, I think, and super on top of our cruise bookings...counting down is so hard!!

doesnt make a lot of sense for cruises into Nov 2022 since we have no clear understanding on whether boosters will be required yet so I can say yes im fully vaccinated right now only.

I thought about that booster possibility, but maybe they just opened them all to get figures as you said above or maybe it was just easier to "open all" techy wise??

Interesting the Survey for my Nov 2022 TA was not the same as the Nov 2021 cruise in that it was a full blown questionnaire on symptoms vs the 3 questions on whether you will be vaccinated or not.  Since i could not answer those questions yet i clicked the back arrow and it disappeared off my cruise manager page.  Also cant open any of my booking and order details pages on any of my cruises at the moment.

Hmmm...that's interesting. I wonder if it's because it's that far out or because it's a TA? Curious minds...lol

I can't access my "docs" either, but I did see a post in this forum that you can go to the full html page that used to bring them up and it will work for now.

  5. Just checking my bookings as usual today and I noticed a "Vaccination Survey" section added to the MY TO DO LIST!

One question for each member of the party, looks like the health screening previously posted on the boards...basically are you vaccinated or do you have an exemption letter or not.

Was a little surprised to find it "live" already for December 2021 and March 2022, but went ahead and completed.  Just posting here as an FYI.

NOTE: Would be nice if you could confirm/see what you choose in the "review" but I guess the green check means you've entered an ok to sail response?

Thanks for the input.  I will post what we experience after our cruises in September for those doing B2Bs after us.

TIA for posting about your experience with the B2B.  Doing our first B2B in December, so very curious to know your experience!! 🙂 Happy Cruising!

I have a B2B in September too.  B2B procedures are kind of idiosyncratic to start with--for me, no two have been exactly the same even in the before times.  I even did a B2B2B where the second 2B was different than the first.  What I like so much about B2Bs is that I'm already there, and so I just can relax and go with the flow.  So far, one thing that's always been the same though, are the mimosas.  😀

I called after booking both legs of the B2B online and they said they were linked, but since I don't "see" it written or linked anywhere, I keep freaking out that they aren't linked, LOL.  I guess telling them on board the first day is not too late, if all else fails? Happy Cruising to all!

  7. Best bar on the ships, IMHO 🙂  We still keep in touch with our favorite bartender, Kat who we had the pleasure of cruising with on two ships.

Take the mixology class, it's great and worth every penny with all of the "tastings" you get throughout the class and a full drink at the end.  For those a little afraid of what to order, as others have mentioned, tell them what you like ("vodka and citrus" for me) and they will make you a great drink or two or three, LOL

Enjoy and CHEERS to everyone getting back on board!

  8. What is the difference between the Alaska railroad coastal classic that leaves at 6:45am and the HAL transfer that leaves at 12:30, is it the same train with dome access? Sorry if a silly ?, our first Alaska cruise!?! :)

Usually book cruise things to ensure we don't get left but since the coastal with dome leaves earlier not much chance of that right!? If they are different rail trips.

Thanks so much for your help!

  9. They said on the letter that it's doing "shorter itineraries" those 2 weeks before returning to normal, but the wonderful person I dealt with on the phone said she saw something about "dry dock" so who knows.

They did offer 50 per person OBC when you rebook to another ship. Fortunately, it worked out well for us and the extra OBC will be nice :) Hope it works out for everyone else!!

  10. We were with you on the Glory, March 21 too. We were able to switch to Conquest, needed the same week and didn't want to do Western Splendor (just did that cruise this past March) and no 2.0...need my Guy's burger fix. Maybe your DH and I had the same person on the phone, she was great and got the price match for the first seven days and only add the per day (divided) for our same cabin on the 8 day sailing.

Hope it all works out for everyone else!!

  11. Check your email. Same thing happened to me (couldn't access) and I got the dreaded "your cruise has been canceled letter" :(

We were on Glory May 21, 2015 that sailing and the next May 28, 2015 have been canceled.

  12. Thank you! Re-living our cruise is exactly what I'm doing while working on the review. When I was looking at Carnival's webcams for Liberty and Glory (both alternated Western/Eastern) to see how the weather looked and how calm or rough the water was, one of the sailings appeared to have water so smooth and perfect weather through out. I know it was in March but can't remember if it was Liberty or Glory now. I hope you were on the one I'm talking about - it looked like great weather.

It very well may have been us, let's say yes, it was :) We had a great week of weather and beautiful calm seas the entire time. Liberty is now one of our favorite ships, it was a wonderful cruise.

Thanks again for your wonderful review! :D

  13. Oh Jodi.....you will love this excursion with MarineLand tours. The boat is wonderful. We prefer to go with them because the boat has steps that go all the way down in to the water.....no ladders. It makes it very easy to get in and out of the water. After going to Stingray City with them I won't go with anyone else. I will make sure to include some pics of the boat to show you the stairs.

So happy to hear that you got the manatee excursion booked. And even better that you got a discount for it. It's always a great feeling to know when you have things pre-paid.

Wrigley thanks so much!! Loving the review as a whole, but really looking forward to this excursion review as we are thinking of doing this one on our march cruise. About how long is the trolley ride and the ride out to the stingrays? And about how long are you out with the rays? Trying to figure out if it will work for my DS.

Also enjoying seeing the changes on the Sunshine, we were on the Destiny a few months before she made her transformation :)

Thanks again for all of your efforts into this great review!

  14. Sounds great! Which 4 did you pick and which was your favorite?

Tried all 8 of them ;) between the 3 of us as before dinner cocktails!! My favorite was the spicy one, I was so surprised that I liked...almost didn't even try it. Ended up ordering a full size one to go with dinner :)
