It is the Serenade of the Seas out of Tampa for 5 nights.

So we did treat ourselves to try out the beach club on coco cay😀

It seems that it is still happening. We booked a guarantee balcony for a cruise that leaves on the 26 August. Yesterday(8/23) I got the phone call so say that they had overbooked by 8 cabins. I was offered a ocean view room and a full refund. I am ok with that.

We where on the April 26th cruise on Jade out of Athens. It was the fastest embarkation we have ever had in 26 cruises. From shuttle drop off at 11:20 on ship by 11:35. Not platinum or suite guests. They have so many staff to assist it flows very fast.  Enjoy

We are going to be in the yacht club and have been assigned a 3pm check in time. They ask not to show up before your time, but if you have to be dropped of early will they make you wait outside?

We are going to be on the Getaway 10/22 in the Haven for the first time.

Do you make dinner reservations or just show up when you want to eat?

Are there enough tables to accommodate all Haven guests?

Can you please tell me if you are staying in the haven do you make reservations for the shows or are there seats saved like on royal. Also how early do you have to get to Syd's? Thank you

I think that is to much for that class of ship  We had the two bedroom grand suite on the Harmony for 7 days for $10,000 for four adults. Coastal kitchen was a big draw for us 

Make sure when you board to go make reservations right away. Not always available which can be frustrating.

We had the UDP on Mariner last month on an 8 day cruise and could not get into Chops for lunch at all.

That was with 4 sea days.

I heard from staff that people where not allowed to board due to the fact they got their covid test more than 3 days before cruise. 

We are in a suite. Coastal kitchen is as great as always. 
ship is in great shape. 

We are on the Allure August 8th. Just looked on the app and check in was available today.

We received our refund back on credit card on Friday minus taxes. Not sure how they can tax zero?

We did this last year and I loved the Serenade. It was a great cruise. Loved all the ports and the staff on the smaller ships have more time to get to know you.

Sam, they have a great birthday package, they decorate the room and leave you a birthday cake! You can order it online before the cruise, and when you walk into the room for the first time, its decorated!!!A BANNER, BALLOONS AND CAKE! It really starts the cruise off right! What to do next is my issue!

If they actually do it. I had paid for the birthday package two months before we where on the Star for our daughters 21st birthday. When we got to the cabin nothing. I went to guest services and was told that it would be done on her birthday which was two days later. Ok fair enough. We had an excursion that day and I was excited when we got back to see her expression. She opened the door and nothing. They had delivered the cake so food service got it right but no balloons streamers etc. Very disappointing. I asked the room steward who said I would have to ask guest services.....not again. Then they wanted to do it right there and then with her in the room. What kind of surprise is that.

Can you please tell me how many ports did you have to take a tender?

We jave Sanjay booked for our tour in April snd he will go or take you any place you want to go!

Does anyone know about the new menus that Royal is bringing to Serenade of the Seas in March?

It was a great review. We where on the same cruise with you and it was fun to see that we showed up in some of the pictures.
