Hi all -- looking to meet up with other LGBT folks on the cruise for drinks and laughs. We are traveling with family for a celebration of our 50th and 60th birthdays. Would love to meet up with other gay couples and families (singles, we love you too:)).

We are from the tri-state area and would imagine that there are quite a few of us on board. We have two kids (11 year old girls) who tend to abandon us as soon as kid camp opens. Drop me a line if you are interested in meeting up for a drink.

Hi == of course we know each other :) I didn't know that you worked for the LGBT Center in Staten Island though! That is some commute you have to do!! This will be the 3rd time on Explorer of the Seas - love that ship!

HI Pauly -- We are going on the Explorer of the Seas Sept. 25th in celebration of our milestone birthdays (my 50th and Karen's 60th). We are bringing some of my family along and trying desperately to get some of our friends to come. We were originally going to fly to Italy but my kids through a fit that I was going to leave them home. The happy compromise was the cruise. Thank God for "kid camp". It's like being on vacation without them!!

Hi -- We will be cruising on the Explorer of the Seas on Sept.25, 2014. We have two girls, age 11. My kids love cruising so we try to go out of NY whenever we can. We wanted to do an RFamily but the prices for LGBT cruises are generally so much higher. In the past I have tried to identify other gay families prior to a cruise but I never had any luck. We have met some great gay couples along the way. For some reason, it is harder to engage women. Oh well -- You are welcome to join us!
