per the legislation, the PVSA waiver would terminate either when Canada drops its cruise ban, or on March 31, 2022.

Looks like Celebrity finally updated the website to match the email.

The Celebrity 72 hour PCR test requirement has been removed and only the SXM 120 hour PCR test requirement is called out.

We're arriving on Silhouette next Thursday Nov. 23 and are wondering whether Cuzzins is open or not.

Answering my own question - they are all boarded up and still closed.

No replies from their website comment form and their phone number does not connect. Sad.
