A group of us currently have a flight booked with Delta with Basic Economy fare. I fully understand the parameters of the fare in regards to no advanced seat selection. I curiously looked at the "View Seats" this morning for our flight, & there are fewer seats available than number in our group.

My question is, are our seats being strategically marked as unavailable? Or will we end up "out of luck" & bumped?

Best Western Olimpia was just off Piazzale Roma (maybe 1 small bridge). It was very nice with breakfast.

We board Allure this Sunday. Does anyone know if there will be a place to view the match?

Who needs a big group? Try keeping track of one teenager on the Allure or Oasis without it.....

And for this reason alone is why I have decided this is a wise investment for myself & 2 teens on our Allure sailing next week.

You cannot get on any car shuttle unless you can prove you have a reservation.

Thank you. Yes, I have a reservation at Dollar for pick-up at the Port Everglades location. But should I pre-arrange the shuttle pick-up?

We always rent a car for the day. We usually book Dollar/Thrifty with a Port Everglades pick up and Airport drop off. There's a shuttle at the port to pick up the car and you're dropping off directly at the airport.

 

Last fall, we drove down to the Keys. It was a great day. Total car cost, with taxes and fees, was $45.

Do I need to reserve the shuttle ahead of time? Or does it circle about?

Looking forward to this as we set sail with this itinerary in 3 weeks!!

I love to grab a vacation beverage, turn on cruise tv, open the balcony door, & start unpacking anticipating the Muster call!! Weird, yes, but that's the official start of my cruise!!

There is a Hyatt located directly inside of MCO. You could stay there, then take an airport shuttle in the a.m.

We're staying at the Hilton Marina in June. We would like to board the water taxi there for the full tour of FLL, ending at Las Olas for the afternoon. After our time on Las Olas we would like to take the short route back to the Hilton Marina.

Is there a specific direction I should look for notated on the water taxi?

I am considering a 2 night Pre-cruise stay at Hilton Marina FLL. If we take the water taxi to Las Olas for the day, where can I pick up my cruise wine?

I'm on the June 26, 2016 Allure sailing as well. Just checked my order history and still have the Premium package bought and paid for at the $37.60/day price. I will be highly upset if they cancel that just to try to charge me more for the same thing.

I am on 6/26 Allure also. I purchased the Premium package on Friday for $310 total. However, I have not been able to purchase the 2 device Surf package bc of an error in the cart $16.99 x 7 days = $173.53 (I don't think so). Multiple calls later, I gave up & purchased the 3 device, which calculated properly-ish $161.56.

I have called several times now and in one of the calls they told me it is a glitch and to try in a couple of days. I could not buy the package with the 20% discount for 6/26/16 sailing on Allure :(

I'm on this sailing also. My drink package discount calculated perfectly, but the internet package does not. $16.99 x 7 days = $173.53, should be $118.93. I've called twice, including C&A, & they were less than helpful. Told me they sent it to IT, & try back in a couple days.

In my cruise planner, the 2 device Surf package is being calculated incorrectly on the website: 7 days x $16.99 = $173.53. I called RCI, & they said yes that's an error, but they can't do anything different than I can on my end. Do I just lose out on the sale for the package I want bc of their error?

I snagged the Premium package for our 6/26 sailing on the Allure. Be cautious of the final prices in the Cart though. I selected the 30% off 2 device Surf Internet, & it did not calculate a discount. $173...

It wasn't when I was on the Allure a few years ago. I'd be shocked if they installed them in all 2700+ cabins during her drydock(s).

 

The newer ships ( Quantum Class, HOS have/will have them).

 

You know you don't need to use your seapass card right? A library card etc will work.

Does Allure have these in the staterooms?

I have stateroom 12729 (Deck 12, last Boardwalk Balcony on Starboard side) on the Allure in June. I have read as many reviews as I can about it, & all rave about that location. Not sure how I got that lucky, as it was the last available in that category.

We got off independence this morning and have an 8pm non-stop this evening. We did free shuttle from

Port to rental car at FLL, rented a car ($32 total) and have spent the day at the huge Sawgrass mall, bowling, and currently just driving around taking in the notable sights.

Where is the free shuttle offered?

Sailing the Allure of the Seas, getting back into Port Everglades July 3. I currently have a 12:45pm flight with a 4hr :eek: layover in ATL. I'm contemplating changing that to a Nonstop 8pm flight. So here's where the advice is needed.... Considering Las Olas for the day. Should we take a taxi straight from the Port to Las Olas then from there to FLL? We will do Luggage Valet, so we will have no bags in tow. Other options are appreciated!! :)
