Traveling on Sunshine in January. Is there a coffee bar where you can get the "real" stuff or lattes, etc? If yes, what are the charges like? Is there a card for coffee you can get?

It was Carnivale!!! Is this not the same line? It was my very first cruise......

I only sailed on a Carnival ship one time in the late '60s. I have a oceanview room---2nd deck---on the Jan.24 sailing. Where do adults hang out so it's not too noisy? Is there an area where you can reserve a spot for the week (like on Princess)?

Thinking of upgrading to a balcony, if available......thoughts?

We are indeed doing a full transit, and when I return, I will most definitely let people know the lowdown.

We leave on the Island this coming Monday, and I have my heart set on booking the Sanctuary for the entire cruise. We are planning on getting to the port by 10AM so we can at least be on line early and maybe get the Sanctuary. I am not thrilled about having to pay an extra $70 for canal day, but if it means I don't get my reserved seats, I'll do it, and count it, as someone so succinctly put it, as a tour.
