  1. "indoor" soccer just refers to a field that is enclosed and much smaller than a traditional outdoor field.

Here in Southern California where the weather is nice year round, all of our indoor fields are actually outdoors. It's just the type of field.

I would think that they will offer it. It was quite popular.

  2. I'm not sure about moving the sports square to the atrium, as the atrium seems too small with the bar and seating areas.

Having cruised the Breeze times (4th next month), I know that there is a soccer/basketball court on the sports deck. It's not inside, but is enclosed by a screen/net.

    Here is a picture.

    I hope this helps. :)

Sarcasm...of course...indoor soccer is in an enclosed area, such as a netted area.

  3. Well, people on here have me so freaked out about Dream---terrible air conditioning and terrible smells. What about Breeze?? We're getting ready to book for a March cruise and really prefer the port of NO as we can drive there. However, Dream is the boat we'd be on and, frankly, I am fearful of being disappointed. I know they are sister ships, but are there vast differences in the two items I mentioned between these boats?

This is so hard because I often find people complain, I then go on said boat and have nothing but positive to report!

I've sailed both (Dream in Feb of 2013 and Breeze in March of 2014)...LOVED both ships. The Breeze was simply gorgeous. The decor just appealed to me, but that doesn't really matter. They are both great ships and I would eagerly go on either again. Enjoy!

  4. I am torn at this point and need everyone's input.

I took advantage of Carnivals $50 booking special and booked the Sunshine for Dec 8, 2014.

Its an 8 day with stops to Aruba, Curacao and Grand Turk. We have not been to any of these ports before. The price is kind of high. I picked an inside aft cabin on the 8th deck for $699 per person. $1527 for both of us.

The Breeze is also an 8 day, departing Dec 8 out of Miami, which is our favorite departure port. Sailing to St. Maarten, St Thomas, San Juan and Grand Turk. We've been to all ports except Grand Turk. Hubby loves Sr Frogs in San Juan. We both love Orient beach in St Maarten. Been to St Thomas too many times to count, so it doesn't excite me. We cruise for beach days, so Grand Turk is exciting me.

I can get an ocean vew on Breeze for $669. And upgrade to a deluxe with an additional bathroom for $80 more on the Vista deck.

What would you do if you were me? I'm 70% sure of changing ships. I feel like I'm getting more for my money on the breeze.

From what I've been seeing on YouTube the Sunshine is beautiful.

However, the breeze is bigger, the price is cheaper affording us better accomodations and it get better reviews also a beautiful ship.

Well, it sounds like you just have to do both! I'm sailing the Breeze in 6 weeks and will be on that Dec 6,2014 Sunshine sailing as well. Sailed the Dream last year and loved her, so gotta' try them all!

  5. I am an old lady (61) and I did not drink at all until I was about 50. I have been on cruises where I have consumed 15 drinks in one day and I was no where near drunk. I'm always awake for at least 18 hours and that is less than one drink an hour.

I'm not a professional drinker in fact except when I am on vacation I rarely drink at all and I don't take a lot of vacations. I think sometimes people get judgemental based on their own experience.

I agree!...15 over the course of the day and not close to being drunk. 15 back to back, yes, drunk.

Hi, Where did you get this list? I'd love to check it out if you have the link. I am looking at the Victory in March of 2014 and everything else I've seen about the schedules has her being refurbished in 2013 but this list says early March. I don't really want to book the first couple of cruises after dry dock for a few reasons. Thanks ahead of time!!!...

    Edit:

Well, I just looked on Carnival's website and the dates for Victory's refurb listed here look 100% accurate b/c there aren't any cruises listed during this time.
