75 people would be a lot to leave behind. I bet that was a mad scramble from the airport.

Especially if they all had air thru RCCL; I bet they wait 15 min for 75 peeps.

I've seen a glimpse of this these past 2 days, but it never stays onscreen; immediately gets replaced with the normal screen for possibly reserving cruises, etc. It's symptomatic of normal web site problems; reliance on cookies that are bad, or other such things that provide, overall, a terrible and useless web experience the majority of the time. I really wish something would decimate their entire IT department so they would rebuild from scratch. Unfortunately I suspect they have a backup they'd pull from. But even then it might be better -- new hires looking at bad code might recognize what to fix more than the current staff which is mostly oblivious to the mess that exists online.

Daughter was sailing tomorrow on Majesty. Charter for 31. Were still expecting people to fly in and cruise. 31 canceled charter. THEN, Royal made an announcement stating they cancellex to help the islands. First hand knowledge, not true.
Sent from my SM-N920P using Forums mobile app
They cancelled the 9/15 to help islands. They've always said 31 made the decision to cancel for the charter and then Royal made the decision to cancel the next one too.

Yall are going somewhere.
0% chance of cancel.
Just maybe destination switch.
That's why they can wait so long to decide

Most events...
Not baseball. You have to exchange for another game and hope that the same price is aviable.
Not concerts, often cancelled outdoors with no refund.

What is "refundable" onboard credit?
You get it back in cash/credit if you don't spend it on the ship.
These offers seem kinda weak. I'd probs cancel and try to reschedule with the 100% and/or open full refund becomes an option. But at least people are essentially getting all their money back.
