Hi, we have the Galley tour booked for our cruise in two weeks and I received conflicting information on whether my Grandpa (motorized scooter) will be able to join. Were there any stairs or areas where it appeared to not be able to fit a scooter? Thanks for your review!!

I am so happy to read this morning that this has been finally resolved and you got $250 OBC instead of 4 cupcakes. Just a question though, Where can you get $250 interest in 5 months on $1400? I want to put all my money in this account so I can afford 2 cruises a year instead of 1.

What she meant is that she would be paying that interest on her credit card if she had been unable to pay it off in full when it was charged back in September. I don't know what the current interest rates are because we pay our CC off in full each month but I'm sure it's over $250 for almost 6 months.

In regards to savings, the best my husband has found is an online bank, Ally, that has 1% interest on their savings account. You're not going to get $250 but we are happy with our little 1%!

That is completely absurd! Once is unacceptable, twice is absolutely horrendous (using different words in my head that contain ****). Let your TA know you're expecting additional OBC for this fiasco so that she can tell Royal. Whatever useless OBC they were offering because you have to pay extra for your drinks, etc. isn't enough! Wow.

We LOVE Celebrity! We are late 20's, soon to be early 30's (yikes) and are obsessed with Celebrity. We stay in Aqua class and love Blu, check the menus the night before and if you don't like something eat at a specialty restaurant, they are all delicious. In terms of nightlife, yes, you don't have as much because the ship caters to an older clientele. If you like nice things you won't mind. Our evenings go like this: head to the Molecular bar and have a drink of two, while we're there I run across and grab a plate of cheese from the wine place and we snack while we become besties with everyone, including the bartender (friends on Facebook? You bet!) Then we head off to dinner, anytime dining at Blu is great! Have a couple glasses of wine while gabbing with whoever we made friends with this time, then we head to the Martini bar for a couple drinks and watch the guys do some amazing feats while pouring drinks. If we're feeling lucky we head to the (smoke free!) casino and lose or win some money depending on the evening. Then we head up to bed and wake up ready for another day!

I recommend the drink package (not the base one, the better one) because it includes drinks at the molecular bar, evian water, specialty coffee drinks, etc.. My husband tallied up how much we spent drinking and I can assure you they lose money on us. We've been on Equinox, she's a beautiful ship and really, aqua class is the way to go. Or a suite, but we love out aqua class.

We're trying Royal for the first time next month since we have an 18 month old son and Celebrity isn't the best for him, but whenever we cruise alone you'll find us on Celebrity!!

Have you considered leaving a bad review online/ her Facebook page? I'm not one for posting bad reviews in general but in this case I would use every opportunity available to you to be heard. She's willing to push it off at the moment because it's not really effecting her business, but throw a bad review in the mix? She should move heaven and earth so that you will change your review.
