  1. This was our first Celebrity Cruise after sailing many other lines and we are HOOKED! I cant imagine why in the general area of Cruise Critics Reviews for this ship the stats are in the 70%! What?? I went not expecting much and we are in truth pretty easy going and not picky but Connie blew our minds! She is a grand lady and meticulously kept (except a bit of wear in the stateroom) A luxurious, sophisticated lady at that! Service and Food were fantastic. We were Aqua Class and loved Blu but also loved the general buffet area too! The entertainment could have been better and there could have been more to do but none of that changed our opinion that this is a great cruise line and a great ship! We have some more booked and I am so thankful to this community for all the feedback and info! There was one thing I wish I had been prepared for though! We stopped in Key West and I had no idea we would have to get up early and go through immigration on the boat. Seeing the line that appeared to be about 500 long when we got there was not good, however i am writing this to warn future cruisers not to be mislead by the length of the line because it moved rather quickly. I would estimate we were in line a little over 30 minutes. It looked like it would be much worse!

If anyone has any specific questions I will be glad to answer them, ask away!

Now doing our coutdown to the Reflection in just 12 days!!! Maybe I shouldnt bother upacking!! LOL J/K!!

Glad you enjoyed your trip! We are sailing the same itinerary on March 21 and are very excited....were there long waits to eat at Blu? What time did you usually arrive?

  2. According to this list, the week of March 9th has the highest number of college students on spring break. Many of the Florida schools were on break during that week as well which probably skewed the passenger demographic that much more! I'm sailing on the same itinerary on 3/21 and hoping that things start getting back to normal by then :D

  3. Loving your photos:D...I just booked Connie for next month......

I haven't been to Key West in a few years....love it down there:)

Glad you had a good cruise. I can't wait to sail her again.....the last

time I was on Constellation was back in 2004!......in all these years

I have been on all the other ships but I guess time and itinerary just

never lined up again!.......was able to book 5 nights in March:D

His reviews are great! We're booked on Connie for the 3/21 sailing and it's our first time on a M class ship....which sailing are you on?

  4. Thanks for the update! We are booked on Connie 3/21 and I was a little skeptical of what we would find in Blu. My wife and I enjoyed it very much on two previous Solstice trips and are looking forward to this one as well. Did you have any problems with excessive wait times to be seated? What time would you usually arrive? If you have any photos of menus that would be great too! Thanks again for the review.

  5. Sometimes the crew goes above and beyond (basically always). I asked Tijana, the Maitre de, for copies of the menu the other day and at breakfast this morning she gave me original menus for each day to take home with me. Will scan them in when I'm home a week from now and post them.

Excellent! Thanks again for doing that....looking forward to hearing about your trip when you get back! :D

  6. Does anyone have any recent Blu menus on Connie? More specifically, the 5 night Western Caribbean itinerary. Been a couple years since our last celebrity cruise, but we always enjoyed Blu on our Solstice trips. Any other opinions of Blu on Connie also welcome since it's our first time on M class!
