I am sailing on the Jade out of Venice in August. I was comped an ocean view by CAS and upgraded to a balcony, about 80% off. I love CAS, but since the new system started last year I have received no offers. But my play from my previous cruise was enough for a comped oc for a 14 day cruise. Is anyone receiving offers, or do you have to call and ask what you are eligible for based on the ship and length of cruise?
