I think we are going to make the leap to Princess, we have to start booking time and ensuring we are both covered at work.

This. **** happens, move onStuff happens. Things break. They get fixed. Life goes on.There’s no reason to launch a full investigation and waste goodness knows how many man hours on this.

Officially February and still nothing. We want to compare with the cruise we have booked. Maybe save some money.
Rocklinmom - MSC has a British Isles from Hamburg. It's priced very well and my mom has added it for consideration (would save $3000 over what we have booked on RCCL!).
This is getting frustrating, we really want to start securing dates.
We looked at MSC as well but they don't go to London (Southampton) and with our limited time on land we don't want to have to arrange transportation from London to Hamburg.
Here's hoping they release them soon!

Not really a secret but the Mongolian Wok is really good. Our favourite spot to eat on the ship.

Great question and I wish I had thought of it before we got on board! The ship stayed on EST the whole trip. So when we docked at 8:00 am EST in either Saint John or Halifax, it was 9:00 am AST. Something I'm quite sure our good friends from PEI that met us in Halifax would have appreciated me knowing in advance!!
We are also from PEI and always curious how people enjoy coming to the Maritimes. It is truly beautiful and worth a visit. Here in PEI we have 50-60 cruise ships per year. Thanks for doing this review and all the best!

What's funny about the Canadian Coast Guard?
They do great work for Canada and the waters that surround us.
Nevermind reread your post and yup, that's funny 😁

That really made me laugh (not that anyone was speeding but the fact that it was the Canadian Coast Guard).

Just saw reports of flooding, severe damage, and, sadly, casualties. Anyone that happens to be in the area or on a cruise, could you please comment on how things are...
Thank you

Hi Jayne,
I saw a copy of the dailies and the muster drill is scheduled for 4:30 in the Theatre or in Headliners. Hopefully someone has some experience to verify the time....

Anyone have anything new on this? We are boarding from Rome, so wondering if they will have a table set up or do we go to a bar?
Thanks in advance.

$100 in USD OBC will cost approximately $130 CDN now... Not worth the hassle

Great story/review so far. We are on the same cruise as Quilting_cruiser, so we are very interested in learning more. Thank you.

We are back from our cruise. There is definitely a wine package available. After you register in the big hall and go up the escalator , the rep with the package offer is at the top of the escalator on your left. Right next to the guy selling the water package. If you need more info i might still have the paperwork. It was a lovely cruise
All info you have would be great. Curious if a new wine list is out. Glad to hear you had a nice cruise.
We are on the Epic out of Rome in September...

Yes you can, and if you want, the steward will provide with an ice bucket. However, be aware this thread is old and while the Viva Vino pkg still exists, the wines may vary from what's listed. The list is the same as the list I have from 2012.
Thank you

Can you take all of the bottles you order back to your stateroom and enjoy them your leisure? Or are you required to only take them one at a time?
Thanks

Hi everyone...It is getting close! We will be flying into Barcelona a day earlier. The day of the cruise we have chosen to take a tour with Barcelona Day Tours. Is anyone else is interested in sharing a small-group tour in Barcelona with us? They pick you up at your hotel and after a 4 hour tour they drop you at the cruise ship. Doesn't get better than that! If you are interested please let me know. Their website is www.BarcelonaDayTours.com. We are Bill and Stephanie. Looking forward to touring with some of you!!
You can email me at cardmaven57@yahoo.com if you want more information and wish to tour with us on June 4th.
Are you on your roll call? You would probably have more luck there...

Hi Spudder....Wonder if you can tell me how the balcony was for 8304. No obstructed view, or issues, etc Also did it have the clear glass at the bottom??
View was great, no issues at all. Yes the barrier was clear glass. Really like the midship balcony cabins. Enjoy!

Looking for the ABC plus Panama Canal past March, I don't see anything listed for the Ascent (doing that sailing) past April 7th. Any guesses on itinerary release dates?
