What are shareholders benefits for NCLH and how to claim them? Thanks.

Many thanks, John B.

How far is the dock from the National Express Coach Station? Thanks.

What is AIBP? I have not been on Princess since 2012. Thanks.

Can someone please give me a tutorial on the Infinity's specialty restaurants?
I see an offer of three meals for $109. It can only be booked in advance of boarding.
Thanks.

Thank you so much.

Does anyone know what is the shape of electrical outlets on the Infinity?
Like US, 2 flat slits, or like Europe two round holes?
Thanks.

Several months ago there were press articles about NCL prohibiting passengers bringing water and soda on board. Is that the rule now?

I will be Platinum soon. For my next cruise I am considering a mini-suite. What are the perks. Thanks in advance.

No menu is needed at Moderno. It is in two parts. There is a buffet for salads and dessert.
At the table they come around with nine kinds of meat on swords. If you want more, flip your card to green, otherwise if the server see your red card, they won't serve you. Do not eat everything that come early as some of the later meats are better.

My trans-Atlantic cruise will stop in Miami before terminating in Houston. I may want to reload my supply of wine. Is there any wine stores within walking distance or busing distance? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the link of wine stops in Funchal. I will be stopping in Funchal again this fall.

No self-service laundry is my No. 1 hate for NCL.

Review Hotel Canton
This is a former hostel now upgraded to a hotel. It is near the Columbus Monument and a five-minute walk to the city bus to the cruise ships. [hotelcanton-bcn.com]
I had a single for 40 euros a night. Breakfast was 5 euros.
The single room was small but immaculate. The bed was a twin. The shower is modern and water pressure excellent. The bathroom fixtures are Grohe. The air-conditioning works well. There is a small refrigerator. Housekeeping is so thorough they essentially disinfect the room. The included internet connection in the room worked well but it failed one night because the night clerk did not know how to re-start the router. Then access was back on!
Sound insulation is not good and the area can become noisy at night.
I finally gave up on opening windows because of mosquitos.
The 5 euros breakfast is quite bountiful. There were three kinds of cold cut, cheese, coffee, tea, milk, juices, yogurt, bread and good croissants.
An important feature is that on the same street, at No. 5, there is a laundrymat that is open 365 days a year 8 am to 10 pm. Everything is controlled from a computer. [http://www.lavaxpres.com]. Four euros to wash and four euros to dry, 30 minutes each.
Taxi to the ship was 12 euros including baggage charge.

Found the web site of Vinhos Barbeito which gives the longitude and latitude of their place. It is quite a way out of Funchal.
Does the telephone directory of Funchal show the information?
My email is libill91030 at yahoo.

Hello Biaria
We are so grateful for your help.
On October 29 I will be in Funchal on the Norwegian Epic. I am interested in buying a very old bottle of Madeira wine. Recently one of the most eminent wine writers from the US spent three months in Portugal and made a side trip to Funchal. What he wrote about Madeira wines is revealing, to say the least.
Can you find me the addresses of
Vinhos Barbeito, and
D’Oliveira.
The reason I need this information is I am signed up for a tour and may have very limited time to shop for this bottle of wine.
Thank you.

Thanks for the photos of the studios.
You show a picture of a 220 volts outlet. What is the voltage in the other, double outlet?
-
Thanks Kim. I should have asked on our own Roll Call.
-
I believe there is a coffee machine in the lounge for studio passengers. What does it make and what is the charge? Thanks.

I have cruised many times with a CPAP. Bring a plug adapter. Many rooms have an outlet behind the headboard. Ask your room steward.

Thanks so much for your wonderful review. Hope you get the T-shirt as the Cruise Critic Review of the week, month,....
I will be on the Epic on the trans-Atlantic in October.
Did you ever dine alone in the Specialty Restaurants? On one cruise I dined alone in the main dining room twice. I did not enjoy the experience as I was not prepared and did not bring a book.

Can one order escargot in the main dining rooms without it being on the menu? On Princess you can order a day in advance.
Thanks for your replies.
